Dear valued Customers,
At ProPoint Cooperative, one of our core values is safety. We are paying close attention to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic. ProPoint Cooperative is committed to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of employees, customers and communities while preserving operations.
Specifically, within our business divisions, we are taking proactive measures to ensure our customers’ needs are met with minimal business impact. Specific measures include:
Sales – All Divisions
o Restricting sales calls for all salespeople. Salespeople will be calling customers prior to visits to request approval of their visit and ensure the well being of the customer they are calling on.
Energy
o All propane and refined fuel trucks will continue to deliver energy products. We ask customers to practice social distancing of 6 feet from the delivery person.
Agronomy
o We ask customer to phone in orders or meet with staff by appointment. We will load all products when you come into the location. We also ask that customers and employees practice social distancing of 6 feet during any meetings or delivery of product.
Livestock Supply
o Livestock will remain open with limited access to the public during the calving season. We ask customers to phone in orders or meet with staff by appointment. We will load all products when you come into the location. We also ask that customers and employees practice social distancing of 6 feet during any meetings or delivery of product.
Service Shops
o Service Shops will remain open with limited access to the public. We ask customers to phone in orders, leave tires outside, or meet with staff by appointment. We will load all products when you come into the location. We also ask that customers and employees practice social distancing of 6 feet during any meetings or delivery of product.
Cstores
o Cstore will remain open. Hours of operations may vary due to limited employees. The deli will continue with take-out orders only. Please check with your local locations for hours of operations.
Administration Office
o Will be closed to the public but can be accessed by appointment. We will continue to process payments and tickets. We ask customers to practice social distancing of 6 feet during visits.
Meeting your needs in a safe and responsible manner during this unprecedented time is our top priority. We don’t take any challenge—and especially not this one—lightly.
